Tips for success

Several Tips while on the Weight Loss Program:

  1. Don't leave junk food or other food not on list out to SEE and get TEMPTED.
  2. If having cravings, take an additional .25 of Skinny up once or twice a day.
  3. Drink LOTS of water.  This is a Critical step.
  4. Start the day with extra water.  I would drink 32 oz. before 9 am. 
  5. Remember No Fat.  Watch those little things like, cream in your coffee, No Butter on vegetables, No Olive oil, No Fish Oil, No lotions or creams on your body, and even No coconut oil.
  6. If hungry at Night (always seems to be at night?) -- try munching on some celery with Real Salt, half a cucumber, or my favorite was a bowl of frozen spinach cooked with tons of Hot Sauce.

 

Think One day at a time.  Each day when you lose a pound -- be encouraged to get one more day in.  Don't think long term.  20-30-40 days will pass by quick.  Don't give in.  This will change your life.
