Hungry at Night

Question:  "Doc, I get hungry at night and have a tough time.  What I can I do?"
 

Answer:  (1) Pitch a tent and live in the wild for 30 - 40 days....or (2) Because your house has the food compared to work or when you are on the go, it's emotional cravings that you need to fight.  Try adding a bowl of cooked spinach or collard greens.  I add Hot sauce, a lot of it, and some sea salt.  The hot sauce cuts the cravings and the spinach is very low in calories.  You can also do an extra cucumber, celery, or some cabbage.  

It is also important to drink plenty of water throughout the day.  

Another Trick...Weigh yourself throughout the day.  You will gain a pound or so throughout the day, due to water and food intake, but if you are on the low end at night, this will encourage you to get through another night.  Because, you will definitely be a pound or two lower in the morning.  This was the biggest encourager for me.  

Decreasing Fat

Question is; "Why should I eliminate even the Healthy fat, such as coconut or olive oil, while doing the Weight Loss Plan?"

Answer:  As the Proprietary blend of hormones, herbs and the Homeopathic components, you want them to focus on your 'Abnormal Fat' around your belly and booty.  If there are other fats in the diet, those fats will feed into this system.  Without the fats for this period of time, the drops will focus on taking these fats and eliminating them.
