Exercise Made Easy

When do you get your exercise in?  

A short tip on how to fit it in to your schedule and get FIT!

  1. Plan it and put it on your calender.
  2. Start with success.  Start with 2 or 3 days of just a 10 minute workout.  Walk, go to mall and walk, do Wii Fit, Push-ups and sit-ups...
  3. Tell your family you are doing this and tell them to hold you accountable.
  4. Post pictures of healthy people exercising on your bathroom mirror or fridge.
  5. Work out with a friend or spouse.

By Spring, you will enjoy the birds chirping and going for your morning walk.
