When do you get your exercise in?
A short tip on how to fit it in to your schedule and get FIT!
- Plan it and put it on your calender.
- Start with success. Start with 2 or 3 days of just a 10 minute workout. Walk, go to mall and walk, do Wii Fit, Push-ups and sit-ups...
- Tell your family you are doing this and tell them to hold you accountable.
- Post pictures of healthy people exercising on your bathroom mirror or fridge.
- Work out with a friend or spouse.
By Spring, you will enjoy the birds chirping and going for your morning walk.
