There are some very important rules to apply through the Holidays:
- Stock up on fruits and vegetables. Eat them first at every party.
- Carry a water bottle every where you go. Drink, Drink, Drink....Water!!!
- Walk a little extra every day. Park far out from store and walk, walk at lunch hour, do 100 jumping jacks before your shower in the morning. Those extra calories burned will help!
- Fast for a day or a meal. Just drink water.
- Before taking a second helping, drink a glass of water.
- Resist that second serving of dessert.
- Eat a large salad before your meal.
- Eat a smaller breakfast and lunch when you know you are going out for a big party.
I am working on a new Weight Loss Program. This is like nothing you have seen before. I am doing it now, with not much weight to lose, but it is working and working fast. I want to lose about 5 - 10 pounds of body fat, while maintaining my muscle. So far in just ONE WEEK, I have lost over 7 pounds. This is the easiest thing I have ever done and the fastest results. I feel incredible. I have lost 3 % body fat, and have maintained my energy.
I am in my final stages of organizing this for the new year. If it works have as well as it is on me, everyone will be pleased.
