December Stress

Colds, The Flu, Sinus, and over all Run Down Feeling!  What do you do?

  1. Drink more Water.  Not soda, juice, red bull, energy drinks.  Drink 3-4 glasses more than you usually drink.  Too much all at once will not be absorbed.
  2. Supplements:  Silver Biotics, Vit C, NanoGreens or NanoReds, Try a homeopathic blend at Health store.  DO NOT take vitamins from Sam's club, Walmart, or even GNC.  Most of those supplements, not all, are made with very poor ingredients and do more harm than good.
  3. Sleep and Extra Rest!!   Can't say enough about this.  You NEED Rest. 
  4. Adjustments!!!!   Adjustments open up the communication from your brain to your immune glands.  Your Nerve system is your Immune system.  Every time you get adjusted, you reboot your brain, reboot your healing power.  There is nothing more powerful to accelerate healing than a good adjustment.  Extra adjustments will help keep you strong and vibrant. 
  5. Eat fruits and vegetables FIRST.  Start with healthy food.  Decrease your sweets and Christmas treats. 

Most colds and sinus are Viral....Antibiotics Don't even work for viruses.  They WEAKEN your immune system and make you more vulnerable for another sickness.  Be strong and don't fall for this logic!
